- The app version, shown at the bottom of the How it works tab.
- A screenshot if the issue is visual.
How PrediPool works
- It's a private prediction pool. One person creates a pool, shares the invite code, and everyone predicts the same set of matches. The pool's leaderboard updates as results come in.
- The admin runs the pool. The person who created the pool is the admin. They choose whether new members join instantly with the invite code or whether each request needs approval, and they can upgrade the pool's member cap.
Common questions
- Where's my invite code? Open the pool from the pools tab and tap the share icon — the code is six characters formatted like
WC2-67K9. Share it however you like. - I got a new phone — can I get my pools back? Identity is anchored to the device, so a new phone means a new identity. The simplest path is to ask the pool admin for the invite code and rejoin with the same display name. We're working on a recovery option for a future release.
- I want to delete my data. See our Privacy Policy. Email hello@chango-games.com with the subject "Delete my data" and include the display name and invite code of any pool you're in so we can find your records.
Purchases and refunds
- What you're paying for. Upgrades are per pool: the Friends tier raises a pool's member cap to 15, and the Club tier raises it to 50. The upgrade stays with that pool — there's no subscription, no renewal.
- Who pays. Only the pool admin pays. Everyone else joins for free.
- My upgrade didn't apply. Force-quit the app and reopen the pool. If the new member cap still doesn't show, email us with the receipt (Apple or Google sends one to your purchase email) and we'll restore it.
- Refunds. Apple and Google process refunds through their own store policies — they are generally accommodating for purchases made by mistake or by a child. We do not process refunds directly. If you've been refunded and the upgrade somehow stays active, email us and we'll sort it out.
